Discover how we bring your vision to life through our seamless concrete pool building process.
No site is too difficult, no plan is too challenging!
Step 1. Computer Aided Design and Approval Process
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and preferences. Our team will work with you to design a custom pool that suits your style, space, and functionality needs.
Once the design is finalised, we take care of obtaining all necessary approvals from either council for the DA process or private certifier for the CDC process, ensuring full compliance with building regulations and council requirements for a smooth process.

Step 2. Excavation
Our team carefully excavates the site according to the pool design specifications, ensuring proper measurements and level ground for the pool’s structure. We work efficiently while minimising disruption to your property. This may be with standard sized machinery, mini diggers and in some cases hand excavation.
Step 3. Formwork, Steel and Pre-Plumbing
Depending on the slope of the land, there may be some formwork to create the pool shape above ground, and also the pool steel will be bent into place, in preparation for the concrete stage.
Step 4. Concreting
Following formworking, we will run some provisions for plumbing and electrical components, and then proceed with pouring concrete using a process called shotcrete to create the pool structure. Using skilled trades people and careful supervision by our expert builder, we create a strong, durable structure that guarantees the longevity and integrity of your pool.
Step 5. Coping and Waterline
Step 6. Pool Equipment and Electrical
Step 7. Fencing and Interior Finish of Your Pool
After the concrete has cured (4 weeks), we apply the selected tiles and pavers to the surface of your pool. Whether you prefer a modern, or classic look, our expert tiling team ensures an impeccable result. For pools with a pebble or glass bead interior finish, we will need the pool fence to be completed and signed off by the certifier before applying the render finish. The reason being, the day after the render is applied, the pool is cleaned, fittings mounted and hose left running to fill the pool.
Step 8. Acid Wash, Fill and Chemical Treatment
Step 9. Handover / Completion of /your pool
Once the finishes have been completed and equipment connected and operational, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards. After all checks are done, we hand over the finished pool, providing you with a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
We pride ourselves on achieving the best results possible for our clients, whilst keeping the process itself as simple and comfortable as can be.
